This WBE to WBE mentorship program matches those certified WBEs with a track record of success in supplier diversity markets with those who are seeking support and guidance in implementing their marketing strategy to pursue supplier diversity markets and/or other business challenges.

Three of our corporate members – Accenture, RBC Royal Bank and TELUS – generously support diverse suppliers by making available executives and procurement staff to mentor WBEs. Typically 12- to 18-months in duration, these formal mentoring programs pair senior executives who work directly with mentees on a regular basis to identify opportunities for development. The goal of this one-on-one coaching is to better position WBEs when competing for business of large corporations.
WBE Canada notifies its certified WBEs when corporations are doing intake. Interested WBEs must submit a detailed application. Selection is based on mentor availability and suitability of the match.
